ARBOR SERVICE GROUP / ARBOR The Flooring Company

Arbor The Flooring Company launched in April 2024, as a flooring retailer selling carpets and soft floor coverings.
Our vision was simple, sell great quality products to the local community at a fantastic price point. Initially, when we entered the market we were positioned to rival low-end carpet stockists and retailers, beating them only on service and execution.
After 6 months of sales analysis, our data highlighted a gap in the market geographically, that would enable us to successfully pursue a different demographic, this started the initial shift towards becoming the high-end flooring retailer we are today.
ARBOR prides itself on an impressive portfolio of large-scale redesigns and refits, offering a substantial range of luxury, bespoke flooring options, resulting in one-of-a-kind finishes that are only achievable by the very best in the industry. Our exceptionally skilled team of installation experts and quality brand partnerships sit at the core of our business, we work tirelessly to find new talent and first in class products for our clients.
Alongside our vast domestic portfolio, we have joined forces with a few big names in the UK’s property development and management world, assisting them in the fit outs of multi-million pound sites. Our commercial awareness has been key to ensuring carbon-neutral builds have completed to spec, and no-compromise boutiques were handed over under budget and ahead of schedule.
As we continue to position ourselves as the luxury flooring brand for homes and businesses in the south of England, we will continue to seek out new like-minded partnerships to grow our business as we expand into additional sectors of the flooring industry.
ARBOR CONSTRUCTION (Part of the Arbor Group)

Arbor Construction, originally Spinnaker Site Services Ltd, specialises in the installation of pre-cast concrete. ARBOR SERVICE GROUP completed on the acquisition of SSS in December 2024, assimilating all assets, staff and contracts, before rebranding the company and resuming practice.
With extensive experience in the construction sector, ARBOR’s contract director, Lee Tricker proved invaluable in orchestrating the takeover. Through aggressive negotiations, we had successfully positioned ourselves on the ‘Approved Installer’ database of many of the UKs largest pre-cast giants before registration was complete. These partnerships included, but were not limited to; Bison, Skyrodema, PSS and Rhino.
My role in the acquisition was to review financial statements, cash flow, debt levels, profitability, and any potential risks or liabilities. This involved financial modelling, forecasting future performance, and evaluating potential synergies or cost savings that could be achieved after completion.
I was then responsible for assessing how the business operates on a day-to-day basis. This included reviewing systems, processes, supply chains, staffing structures, and overall operational efficiency. Following the execution of the acquisition, I drafted an integration plan. This involves aligning teams, standardising processes, consolidating systems where appropriate, and maintaining productivity across both businesses.
Our primary goal as we entered this space was to provide contractors and clients with a reputable service which embodies the core values of our business philosophy, ensuring reliability, technical expertise, and adherence to strict health and safety standards. By combining modern installation techniques with proven construction practices, we help clients reduce build times, improve quality, and achieve cost-effective results.
Our commitment is to deliver robust, compliant, and sustainable concrete solutions that meet the demands of today’s construction environment
