I live by the mantra that your team comes first, without an exceptional team of talented individuals that feel appreciated, respected and compensated, you’re not going to be able to give your customers the experience they deserve.
I’ve spent my career in the flooring and retail space, running £10M+ flagship stores for market leaders as an award-winning Manager, and launching start-up companies, generating £1M+ in revenue within the first few years as a Director.
